I have been waiting since 1/1/2025 for a $130 redemption, and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve opened a support ticket that never got responded to. Tried follow-up chat requests with no response. My account is verified and I successfully withdrew once before.

Scrooge has been my daily Go2 for over a year now they keep coming with new slots and have an excellent customer service team making cashing out real simple and fast.
