I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed.When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.
