However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed.When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

Overall good site ..they could be a little more clear about the terms when your redeeming a coupon but other than that theyre great. Way better at cust9mer service (i always use chat) quick and very helpful.****update: was not expecting a response to my review, but muchly appreciated that they did response. It reinforces what i had said in my intial review about customer service of high priorty for this business. Change 4 star rating to 5 star rating
